I tried your PCR and i tried this one too:

2PNT  RTE=1     MULTI RAR AMT=  1PNT   MULTI RAA FILLF R   ADDWT *

And both the output is 80,000. (i'd like it to be 8,000,000)

Should i check any table or configuration?
