I tried you solution but didn't work.

I recreated all of web services and remapped in XLF using SAP Dashboard Design and it resolved my issue.

All connections in dashboard are using relative path URLs. I am able to migrate dashboard in all xi 3.1 environments without modifying anything. But it throws error when we migrate it to 4.0.

Will you be able to explain more about wsdl generator? What is the use of it and how it functions?

I'd like to know more about wsdl generator.
