Just to let you know, sequence numbers should be maintained correctly Following is the path in the IMG: Personnel Management->manager self-service (Web Dynpro ABAP )->Profile Applications->Configure Short profile-> create configuration with field groups. In this Customizing activity, you specify how user interfaces that comprise groups of fields are displayed in Manager Self-Service (WDA). Under this entry you can see the fields being assigned. Here the fields has to be maintained in sequencial order. (i.e) number it correctly. However in your case there are two entries maintained with the same number. Please refer to the attachment for the details. In general, the system assumes the sequential number are maintained.
