Hi Folks,
Need some inputs on an issue I am facing about opening completed Notifications.
I set a completed Notification to back in process. (status NOCO to NOPR )
I open the Notification again and get an error message stating the Notification is locked by my own ID.
I press enter and open the Notification again. The Notification is not set to in process and remains in Completed State.
I check the action log in the Notification, and it has 2 status change operations for the last change:
1- Sets the status to NOPR
2- Resets the status back to NOCO.
I get no clue what is setting the status back to NOCO. Both are from my user and have a 2 second time difference.
It gets even crazier.
I put a break point in IQS1_POST_NOTIFICATION. The FM 'STATUS_CHANGE' is called only once with the correct parameters.
And when the debugger is opened, the issue is not reproducible. The Notification goes to NOPR status with only one action in the action log.
I am in a spot here. The issue is occurring post EhP upgrade only in Production environment. Cannot be reproduce in DEV or Q-systems.
Has anyone faced such an issue in the past?
Can you tell me some program objects I can check or any other pointer.
