I assume you're talking aboout the DART archive retrieval. If so, yes you can. Use tcode FTWB (http://benxbrain.com/en/sap/transaction/FTWB-Retrieve-archived-data.htm) which fills up one of the TXW_* tables in ECC with the archived data. Then create a Z-DataSource to extract from this table.
