Hello Jalina,
Is your data in Write Optimized DSO ? Are you loading the same manually.
It seems to be an Issue while generating the SID's. There might be some Invalid Characteristics in the records,due to which SID's are not generated , and subsequent Ioading to InfoCube failed.
Please check with that angle as well & correct those records or include those characters in the system through rskc. Let me know in case if you need any further assistance.
