Following your inittial recomendation, to paid freight cost using planned delivery cost through MIRO, I would like to clarify that the accounting area said that is not possible MIRO before GR because the expenses account is not beign charged and that is mandatory in our country.
For example today april 21 a transport service is provided to take material 1 to subcontractor and the subcontracting process takes almost a month, which means that the expenses account for transport will be charged in May 21, So if I follow your instruction doing MIRO in april, I will be able to pay to transport vendor but I will have expenses account in May and that is what legally is not allowed.
