Hello Arka,
Please follow wage type creation steps.
01. Copy from model wage type to custom wage type by TC :OH11
02. Add Payslip on earning side (Windows & Comulation ID)TC : PE51
03. Check wage type Wage Type Characteristics Table : V_T511 and click on Add to total and remaining as per requirement.
04. Run Payroll and see the wage type behavior.
