SQL error 1205 when accessing table "TMSALOG"

I got error when I refresh Development & production queue in STMS. We enable to move workbench request to production client. It tells that some deadlock situation in occurred. I tried in different way by restarting both server, but not works. Here I am attaching ST22 & SM21 logs. Please help me, how to resolved that issue.
