You are getting things confused i think.
It is true that you can select these "devices". But the only thing it does is change the look and feel of your application. It is mostly CSS related stuff that changes when you select one of those 3 options.
It doesn't matter which one you pick, it will work on Android.
Just create a dummy application and test it on any Android device. It will work.
