Pull data from another model

Hello Experts,

I have a requirement where in i need to bring planned values from HR Model to Cost model. This has to be triggered form the Cost model.

I have created a script using *DESTINATION_APP=COST_PLANNING. But this is pushing data and triggered from HR_Model. The requirement is to pull data from HR Model, but the Data Manager package should be in Cost model.

Kindly suggest whether this can be achieved using script.
