Add Priority to Qualification

Dear Fellow SAP Consultants,

 

We all know how to configure the Qualification Group, Qualifications in SAP HCM. We also know how qualifications are used for E-Recruitment, Talent Management and Succession Planning, Performance Appraisal, Learning Organization etc.

Qualification Group / Qualification is configured and Proficiency Scale is attached to the Qualification for Evaluation in all the above cases.

 

We have a very particular requirement.

 

Before we assign a Qualification to Position / Job / Person etc, is it possible to set a Priority as High, Medium, Low?

 

For Example:-

Qualification Group :- Functional Knowledge

Qualification : SAP Talent Management Configuration Knowledge

 

Scenario 1: For Position of Senior Consultant the Priority  / Importance of above Qualification is HIGH.

Scenario 2: For Position of Project Manager the Priority / Importance of above Qualification is MEDIUM.

Scenario 3: For Position of Program Manager the Priority / Importance of above Qualification is LOW.

 

Please let me know if any of you have encountered this requirement before and if Yes, what was the solution?

 

Even if you have not faced this requirement, please suggest solution, which may not affect any standard functionality, as this will be used by various sub-modules within SAP HCM.
