Hi,
The Business Partner Aging report will be helpful to dig out the transactions in details. Also, to make an adjustment against a particular business partner you could use the Journal Entry by pressing the ctrl key while browsing for GL's you could select the business partner and in the next line a GL account as well to adjust them together.
