I'm going to assume that you can't modify this. Certain texts in the system are stored in text tables with a language key (InfoObject 0LANGU, or field SPRAS). These text tables are utilized for translating text. In your example above, you can see that Modeling has changed to Modelado.
However the text "Data Warehousing Workbench" does not change. I'm assuming that this description is hard-coded in the SAP code used to generate the screen. You can look at program RSAWBN_START which is used to generate the screens in RSA1. I'm not sure how familiar you are with ABAP and gui programming. If you look at program SAPLRSAWB, with title 050, you can see that there's description like "Administrator Workbench". If you were to modify this, it would not be supported when you update support packs (no customer exit area).
