I think I need more clarity on your requirements. Are you looking at shortfall of hours only within the planned working time?
Let us say that the planned shift timings are 9:00 - 18:00. The employee works from 9:30 - 18:30. Will you considered this as shortfall by 0.5 hours?
Please advise.
Also, you have brought in late in scenarios now. Your original query didn't have this mentioned.
Hence, can you please explain your requirement again in detail?
