I am configuring the creation of complaint with reference to billing documentprocess, according to busines requirements I need to apply different pricing procedure for complaint than this one which is copied from billing document.
As far as I know, for process of creation complaint with reference to billing document, pricing procedure is copied from billing document.
I would like to use different pricing procedure for this complaint but I don`t know whre I can set it up.Because the pricing procedure is copied from billing document, standard pricing procedure determination doesn`t work.
Anyone does know the please where I could change pricing procedure which is used in complaint with reference to billing ?
