Hi Sadegh,

1 & 2. You have to provide a cost centre, which you have used for material consumption posting. or you can use purchasing/ inventory management cost centre

3. If you define 10% on material consumption means your material overheads would be 10% on material consumption.  If you want to charge the over head on different components with various ratesi.e. material consumptin, salary, SFG etc. then you have to create a base for each component. For this base you have to assign cost elements or cost element group. Later you have to define various overhead for each component.

For example . You have to define the costing sheet based on your requirement.

Row  -       Base               - From row -            To Row          - Credit

                       10  -       Material consumption

                       20 -        Material overhead(10%)       10              10               Purchase CC

                       30          Salary

                       40          Salary overheads (15%)       30              30             HR CC

                       50          SFG Consumption

                       60          SFG overhead (5%)             50              50            SFG CC

Hope you are clear know.

Regards,

Mukthar
