A possible alternative solution path to this problem.

I suggest not to look at this 'report' as a single report. You could easily link a total report to the detailed general expense report and use the page axis to or pageaxisoverride to help defining the correct account for the total line (mutlimember selection option) or create a dimension formula.. ;

In the general expanse report, you can exclude the 74 members using the report wizard 'Exclude members' tab. There you can choose hierarchy or property exclusion.

I see no reason to use slow VBA code here, unless i'm missing something..
