BW 7.31 versus 7.4

Hello,

we are on 7.31 and implement the HANA DB.

First tests show errors with SAP often referring to 7.40 being the better release.

However, we do not want to go for 7.40 at this stage.

Is there any experience in implementing 7.31 (instead of 7.40) on HANA?

Is there a list of OSS-notes to be implemented if 7.31 the option?

I could not find anything on that one.
