I hit the same error on another server.
I have drop the view and managed to proceed 
.
db2 "DROP VIEW SAPTOOLS.DBH_TABCLASS"
bash-3.2$ db2 "DROP VIEW SAPTOOLS.DBH_TABCLASS"
DB20000I The SQL command completed successfully.
bash-3.2$
Not sure why my production servers are suffering from these 'problems'. Have not look into details yet. For now,my goal is to patch the server first. Thank you very much again. Do you know more about these view and schema SAPTOOL?
