We don't experience such as error, it may be because we don't have more than 1000 gl accounts in the COA specific for Mexican company codes.
we use only 700 gl accounts aprox.
Unless someone else fixed the issue with The dump DBIF_RSQL_INVALID_RSQL and tell us how was fixed I recommend to open an OSS note to SAP explaining the issue.
2.- the parameter screen that was delivered in SAP progam is not the same as the one shown in the user's manual
3.- So far the official FSV is the one in Anexo 24, until yesterday there was no newer version of FSV in SAT portal
