Credit card orders in VKM1-4

Hi,

We want Credit card orders with issues to hit only the *VCC1 transaction and not appear in VKM1-4. Is it controlled by the Security or there is any OSS note on this. If it gets released from VKM* transaction, it has downstream affects as Credit card never goes for re-auth.
