       Typically FI transactions are unique like Paid in,Paid out, Loan etc and they are not frequently used transactions during the day.So in one FI transaction you will not get multiple line items catering to different scenarios.Does your POS system send multiple FI type of scenarios in one transaction?

To understand better, Can you provide more details on what kind of scenario you are trying out and did you try to simulate within ECC or sending it from POSDM itself.
