ESS services based on logon id in SAP Portal

Hi All,

Is there any possibility to have ESS services based on logon id(EX: EN, Korean etc) from HCM functional configuration.

Example:

If a Korean user logs in he should be able to view 8-10 fields in personal data and when an English user logs into the portal he should have 6-8 fields in personal data service. ESS role should be same .

Is there any functional configuration to change the services in runtime based on the logon language.

Could you please help me in getting this requirement.
