Item description does not populate on marketing document

In the thread above, the issue is related to the TREETYPE on OITM. There are other threads that state a DEFAULT WAREHOUSE is needed.

However in my circumstance, I have made sure the both are set correctly but the description is not populating.

This problem appears after entering a NON-INVENTORY item on the document. The description will populate for everything, every time. Until you enter a non-inventory item. After that, none of the descriptions will display.

Any thoughts as to why?
