How to delete leave requests and cancellations that have not yet been processed by the approver

Hi Experts,

I want to know is it possible for requester to delete leave requests and cancellations that have not yet been processed by the approver.

If yes then How ?

Here i have attached Screen Shot in which you can see,   by mistake how user has applied for casual leaves 3 times  i.e 9-12-2014 , 16-12-2014 & 17-12-2014.

Now if requester want to delete duplicate leaves i.e 9-12-2014 & 16-12-2014 then what will be steps for the same.

Plz let me know in simple Steps. As i am a front end super user & new for the same.
