So it might look like this:

hour 1:

select data to itab_#1 => send mail with shortcut #1

hour 2:

select data to itab_#2 => send mail with shortcut #2

etc..

And whenever user opens shortcut #x you want show him itab_#x data ?

Or all shortcuts pointing always to last recent itab_#x data ?
