Month and Quarter display in prompt selection

Hi,

I have a requirement to display month and quarter as input parameters in mandatory prompt when we run the query.

We have Billing date(from and to) as a mandatory prompt currently in webi report when we run the query, user wants month and quarter as input parameters in mandatory prompt instead of Billing date(from and to)

There is no objects for month and quarter in my Universe.

Any inputs how to create month and quarter as input parameters in mandatory prompt
