Did you get any error when entering business transactions manually?
Or you are still not clear on where to enter business transaction? See below thread which is not of similar issue but you can refer for BS02 maintenance Re: Process Order Settlement restrict to status "TECO" only
If in this way you could not solve your original issue then try with the enhancement what Rupesh had suggested.
