so when the documentation says setup time is not relevant in rem, that means I can still use it for my scheduling and cap req generation, but not for my costing purposes.
Lets say I still want to go with rem , but want to consider setup costs too , then can I still do that? or is it hardcoded in mfbf that we cannot post any setup costs?
