I did not mean to implement the above SAP note. Please check the solution given in note.
You can check the limit of fields can be enhanced in table crmd_customer_h table using tcode AXTREG. Generally as per standard system settings you can enhance upto 200 fields in customer_h table using append structure INCL_CUSTOMER_H.
If your customer_h table is already reached the limit mentioned in axtreg tocde you will get error messages.
