Dear all,
I noticed that you cannot change the status of a lead going from open to accepted/declined.
It is only possible once the lead was qualified.
It means that you cannot accept or decline a lead immediately after you created it. You first have to qualify it.
In our business we do not always qualify the lead.
Is it possible to adapt the internal status conversion?
I could not find it in the Business configuration > Fine-Tune > Leads > Lead status
