Login in Solution manager and do the below steps.

1. Logon to the Solution Manager
2. Executetransaction SE38
3. Run the report RLAPI_MANUAL_CACHE_SYNC.

As per the note.

1892636 - Error: "The landscape API raised an exception. [CX_DIAGST_RETRIEVE_EXCEPTION]" in CCDB - Solution Manager 7.10

Can you please tell me the Patch level in your system.
