Which version of Crystal Reports are you using?

In the newer versions (2008 onward I think), there is an option under Page Setup to set your report to a custom size.  So, you could set up a custom paper size that will be wide enough (probably in landscape mode) to hold all of your columns.  When you do this, you also want to turn on "Dissociate formatting page size from printer paper size."
