It looks like you are using MS Office 2010 x64, in that case please have a look on Note 1442028 - SAP GUI for Windows: No support for Office 2010 64bit . Excerpts from the same note " SAP GUI for Windows 7.20 / 7.30 and all related applications including SAP Desktop Office Integration / BI Frontend / BW Frontend do not support Office 2010 64bit, only 32bit versions of Office are supported.
This means that when using 64bit operating sytems with SAP GUI for Windows and related components you have to use a 32bit Microsoft Office version (which is equivalent to the situation before Office 2010 64bit was released)."
