Ship-to Party not defined for Sales Area

I am receiving this message: Ship-to party **** not defined for sales area ****/**/**

Here is what I have done so far:

(1) I have created:

Sales Org. & Distribution Channel:(SPRO>Enterprise Structure>Definition>Sales and Distribution - Define, copy, delete, check...)

Division & Plant:(SPRO>Enterprise Structure>Definition>Logistics-General - Define, copy, delete, check...)

(2) I have assigned: -Sales Org to Company Code (SPRO > Enterprise Structure > Assignment > Sales and Distribution - Assign...)

- Distribution Channel to Sales Org. (SPRO > Enterprise Structure > Assignment > Sales and Distribution - Assign...)

-Division to Sales Org. (SPRO > Enterprise Structure > Assignment > Sales and Distribution - Assign...)

- Plant to Company Code(SPRO>Enterprise Structure>Assignment > Logistics-General - Assign...)

(3) Set up Sales Area(SPRO > Enterprise Structure > Assignment > Sales and Distribution - Set up...)

(4) Assigned Sales Organization - Distribution Channel - Plant (SPRO > Enterprise Structure > Assignment > Sales and Distribution - Assign...)

(5) Created Material with Tcode: MM01 with Plant, Sales Area data

(6) Created Customer with Tcode XD01 with Sales Area Data and Company Code (Created Partner Functions - SP, SH, BP, PY)

(7) Executed Consistency Check for Enterprise Data for Sales and Distribution (SPRO > Enterprise Structure > Consistency Check...)

(8) Assigned Document Type to Sales Area(SPRO > Sales and Distribution > Sales > Document Header > Assign...)

I tried to create a Sales Order based on the basis of the above org. units. with Tcode: VA01

I received the message:

Message no. VP210
