It depends. You may use that for some of your debugging but for most of it I would expect you to use the native debugging tools built into the development environment based on your platform.
For example,
- For iOS Open UI control you would use the XCode debugging tools and the iOS Simulator.
- For Android, Eclipse debugging tools and either a real device connected for USB Debugging or the simulator.
- WPF would use the Visual Studio debugging tools.
Since each development platform / toolset is different, the steps to do debugging on each one will vary and you should consult the documentation for each toolset for specifics on how to debug code written in the platform.
