Hello Guyz,
I have been facing this issue since so long and in multiple occasions. Am sure everybody should have also.
When ever we try to modify the values of any standard field in C4C , which is having the option public write access as no.
Please suggest me if anybody still discovered any way to overcome because always we cant go for creation of new fields
and add it again to all the required screens.
I have the requirement to change the status of the appointments automatically when ever the scheduled end date of appointment
should cross the current date.
Please help if anybody has already faced this and overcame also.
