Mr Thirupathi had already mentioned they are using a Strategy, so I thought this an appropriate solution.
A Strategy is, in essence, just a collection of many cycles (and offsets) with same dimension and same schedule under one Maintenance Plan - so he could either create this, or the 3 Single-cycle plans.
I assume you mean to use Single-cycle Plans with offsets and no cycles, like below?
