BI 4.1 Server components are pure 64bit and you will need to MS SQL Server 64bit native driver. The BI 4.1 Platform requires 64bit ODBC drivers, while the client tools are 32bit and require 32bit ODBC drivers.
Install MS SQL Server 2008/2012 Native drivers on the BOBJ Server.
