How to create dynamic year Month variable and rows difference

Hi,

I want to create a dynamic year month variable.

I have to take Month as DEC,MAR,JUN,SEP  abd year could be for this 2013 ,2014 and etc.

after that can i do the difference in two consecutive rows wise not running sum
