Re: Error obtained when trying to open attached invoices from VIM module

Hi Benjamin,

Basically such issues/messages occur when the Content Management Server(in our case Open Text Archive Server) wherein Images are stored/Archived is not up and is disconnected from the ECC system due to some reason.

One needs to contact the corresponding Server / ECC Basis Team to confirm whether the connection is working fine or not.
