how to convert tbl1024 into solisti1

Hi Expert,

I have an requirement, PO DMS attached files has to be send while user release the PO in ME29N, Now using FM  SCMS_AO_TABLE_GET, I can able to download the files. The mentioned FM returntbl1024 (RAW 1024) data, If I can convert the tbl1024 into solisti1, I can able to send email with these attachment (Using FM SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1)

Please help me this is an urgent requirement.
