When using the transaction "VL_COMPLETE" to complete the o/s Delivery Notes (DNs), is it possible to revoke the completed DNs to their previous incompleted status ?
In the transaction "VL_COMPLETE", when inputting the o/s DN nos. and execute, there is still an "Reset delivery statuses" button to revoke the completed status in the output list. However, after leaving the output list, the released DNs cannot be linked to this section again when inputting these released DN nos. and execute in this transaction, and the following msg will be prompted -
No deliveries selected
Message no. VLA008
Diagnosis
No deliveries were found that correspond to the specified selection criteria.
System Response
The system executes an authorization check during the selection of deliveries. Only deliveries from shipping points or goods receiving points are selected, for which the user has display authorization. If, despite having correctly chosen selection criteria, the system finds no deliveries, this could be due to incorrect authorizations.
An authorization check is not executed for inbound deliveries without a goods receiving point.
Procedure
Check that the selection criteria that have been entered are correct.
If necessary, get your system administrator to check that you have the authorizations required.
Procedure for System Administration
When the deliveries are selected the authorization object V_LIKP_VST is checked with the activity 03.
