I recently has been assigned of a new incident by super user but in my opinion it seems to be either Security or CRM (maintain business partner). But I am not confirm & thats the reason I need help from this portal.
sales guy trying to access https://orders.starbucks.com
AND he is getting an error - Internet explorer cannot display the web page & he is not able to log in into starbucks to place the order to Walmart or Kroger etc.
I really dont understand what can be the reason & how should I re-assign this incident to proper resolver group ( either security or CRM).
