1. For your 1st query, it will decide at table V_T559D, i.e. Validity and deduction period table.
I am not looking for initial configuration for different employees. If one employee credited with validity date and deduction period in TE, for the same employee, is it possible to change the Vaidity and deduction period
Table V_T559D will change for all employees in that group right?
Is it possible to change @ Single employee level when quota done with TE?
2. For your 2nd query, you can decide based upon deduction priority set on deduction rule. Which is further connected with counting rule and counting rule is connected absence type. In the deduction rule you will decide quota deduction priority based upon quota type given in the deduction rule.
I need to know how can i say for any Absence applied in 01.01.2016 to deduct last Years record up to 31.12.2015? Please let me know in detail
As Already Rabi mentioned is it possible/Advisable to carry forward the remaining quotas of 2015 to another new quota type and to deudct the Absence first then 2016 Quota next?
