I am implementing TEM Billing and have encountered a problem.
When attempting to execute the billing report, I receive the error message: "Reference document xxx was not found".
I have confirmed that the documents created are not populating in table T77REFDOC.
In my investigation so far, i have confirmed that the Number Range for object HRTEM_REFN is correct; i have executed report RHREFDOCMANZL and i have also run report RHBELNRFIX to compare documents between PAD25 and T77REFDOC. This last report gives me the comment: "Reference document was not found -> Reference document deleted" when run in both test and execution mode.
I have confirmed that objects L, D and E have been created correctly and have booked attendees to the course and in turn, assigned these bookings to relevant customers in SD.
Is there anything i am missing? Has anyone encountered this issue before?
