I have been using PAL for some time now & have been able to resolve the issues around creating PMML tables. I guess, the issue in your case is primarily an authentication between sys schema and the schema that you using to create tables. You might want to check on the that. Alternatively, kindly attach the code sample and I can verify it by creating some dummy data.
