Changing workstatus on multiple periods simulataneously

Hi gurus,

For the Budget process we have to change workstatus for the 12 months of the budgeted period each time. We are changing workstatus through the consolidation monitor and he have to do it for one period at a time so the task is very annoying and time consuming.

Is there any standard process in BPC to deal with this situation?
