We have a problem technical name is changed after CTS from Dev to QA.
The step to reproduce the problem,
1. Make a request on RSA1
- Transport Connections -> Object types -> More types -> Environments -> Select Appset we need to transport.
2. CTS on target system
3. Check the IOBJ and InfoCube.
Even though we use fix name parameter in source and target system, it changes the tech-name in Info Cube. Data Element is same but it uses another tech name in target system. For instance, InfoCube A; IOBJ-abc, IOBJ-des and so on in source system, it changes InfoCube A:IOBJ-01, IOBJ-02 and so on. but the data element is same
The post step, we delete all contents in target system usine UJS_ACTIVATE_CONTENT, and do CTS same we did through steps above, the result is same.
The issue we are dealing with because of this problem, it impacts HANA view CTS. HANA view which is created in source system is not able to transport to destination since there is no relevant field in F-table(fact table). For instance, HANA view(analytic view) in source system refers to IOBJ-adc and it generates DDL query to make same view in target, but there is IOBJ-01 in target system.
Anyone who faced this problem, or knows how to fix the tech name using CTS, pls share your exprience.
